James Joyce in court again

Professor Lawrence Lessig of Stanford University filed a legal suit against James Joyce's estate in a US district court, accusing the administrator of the writer's estate of 'copyright misuse'. In the case agains Stephen Joyce will be up against the formidable resources of Stanford Law School and hopefully it will break the strangle hold that has caused controversy around the work of Joyce for years.
